VCF builds and furnishes our signature design eight-classroom school for about $180,000 depending on soil and materials transportation costs. This translates to only $514 per student or about $17 per seat per year for the 30 year life of the school. Construction costs are only $20 per square foot!
For pennies a day, many students over many years have the opportunity to learn and grow in a clean, safe environment.
It is extraordinary that the fate of an entire generation within a community – indeed, within an entire nation – can be changed at such a modest cost.
