Lacy is a native of Cullman, AL and graduated from Cullman High School in 2004. She then attended the University of Alabama where she obtained her degree in Secondary Education Mathematics. After graduation she married her high school sweetheart, Josh Stancil.

In 2010, Lacy followed God's direction and opened Victory Cheer Academy, with her husband Josh. Her goal when coaching is to be a positive role model while helping each athlete achieve their goals. She loves helping teams achieve their goals... no matter if it is to have an awesome pep rally or to be National Champions.

Lacy has choreographed several winning Youth routines along with Middle and High School Game Day and Traditional routines. She has helped many teams qualify for the AHSAA State Championship Competition and the UCA National High School Championship.

In addition, she has coached 3 State Championship teams, 2 State Runner Up, several top 10 UCA National Championship teams, and a top 3 finish in the World School Championship. She has coached several Victory Competitive Teams to 1st place finishes, Grand Champion honors, US Finals, Summit, and National Titles.

She is USA Cheer Certified, USASF Level 6 Credentialed, CPR Certified, and an Accredited Interscholastic Coach.

Josh graduated from Cullman High School in 2005. After high school, he earned a degree from the University of Alabama in Healthcare Administration. Josh is also the Chief of Staff at Temple Baptist Church. He and Lacy now have 3 beautiful girls together.

He continues his passion to influence the lives of today's youth by coaching at Victory. Since he started coaching in 2010, he has developed a love for coaching the sport and the true athleticism involved with it. His passion comes from helping all athletes reach a skill level they never imagined through his encouraging and technique driven coaching style.

Josh has coached several teams to achieve their goals at the regional, state and national level. He has helped coach 3 state championship teams, 2 state runner up, several top 10 UCA NHSCC finishes, and a top 3 World School Finish.

He enjoys coaching the Victory Competitive Teams and has proven his success with multiple 1st place finishes, Grand Champion teams, and national titles.

He is USA Cheer Certified, USASF Level 6 Credentialed, CPR Certified, and a Certified Interscholastic Coach.
