At this time, we are experiencing an extraordinary amount of daily stress. Some days can be overwhelming and it can be hard to work through the emotions associated with it. Our Counseling Department has put together the Victor Schools Virtual Calming Room for students, parents, faculty and staff as a resource of tools and strategies to help with managing these feelings. Remember, it is equally important to take care of your mental health as it is to care for your physical health.
