Who wants to be the one who cannot keep his or her composure under pressure? You can develop the resilience you need to be calm and confident under pressure.

Depending upon the amount of restoration needed, I have created several therapeutic courses. Each of the them include an energy session to anchor the new you.

Single Therapeutic Course - 90 Minutes - Overview of the Holistic Stages of Development. Plus: Combine Energy Field reading to locate where you are holding energy, many times revealing the origin and identifying your presenting issues, with a deeply soothing Energy Therapy session. $175

Anchor Your Soul (buy four of the singles and get one free) - Each session is a combination discussion and energy therapy. We find and sort through disturbances that might be anchored in your energy field and find the story, or lesson, they are trying to tell you. Once we learn to communicate with our bodies the real healing can begin. Five weeks of internal exploration and releasing is a powerful resource on your road to recovery. $700

Restoration for the Soul - A Nine Week Course - Walk through and restore each of your holistic developmental stages. The holistic stages of development, or our energy centers, develop as we grow into fully functioning human beings. Each one develops during specific time periods and has a specific purpose or task. If an upset occurred during the development of one or many of them, its development can be hindered. This course offers an abundance of tools and resources to help you restore and expand your holistic health. $956

Restoration Intensive - Nine Weeks of intensive care and restoration. This course includes all of the above with the addition of two 90 minute sessions per week, and daily contact between sessions. This course provides a 9 Week intensive "outpatient" service and includes two 90 minute sessions per week for the duration with daily contact to monitor your progress. If you feel very vulnerable, are determined to rise above and resolve your internal conflicts, and need full support and guidance during the process, this one is for you. This course can be virtual or in person or both. $1849
