At Vibgyor Creations, we enjoy working on each project; the journey begins after initial client connect is established. We involve ourselves with initial discussion understanding client and their requirements with all possible details are captured that helps in planning design elements. After, this we do a formal process of initiating a survey form to understand client preferences on various aspects as client crystalizes requirement to make it more profound.

We involve ourselves with initial discussion understanding client and their requirements with all possible details are captured that helps in planning design elements. After, this we do a formal process of initiating a survey form to understand client preferences on various aspects as client crystalizes requirement to make it more profound.
After this, we start with first creative process of generating reference images based on initial discussion and survey inputs. This process helps us give clients a sneak peak of theme and color that we are proposing so they can visualize a bit from theme and color perspective. After we conclude this process, we start creating unique design on similar grounds with zoning, placements; subsequently 2D drawing followed by 3D and then detailed electrical, POP, plumbing, etc. design drawings as we move closer to execution path.

We create a Gantt chart that incorporates all the inputs to get good visibility of project progress plan. We setup regular connect rhythm to discuss updates, take decisions, actions plans, any manual workaround (improvisation) that are part of BAU project execution. We say, nothing is perfect in this world and extra ordinary things happen when they get more time and craftmanship than usual piece.

We work on ensuring all payments are tracked to client satisfaction to ensure we settle with full transparency. Our objective is to optimize the budget while ensuring vendors are paid right for ongoing basis for maintenance purpose. We finally handover the site back to client, celebrate the moment, seek feedback, capture few memories for life...
