The Smart Farming 4.0 All project brings together six partners from Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece and Cyprus with different backgrounds, expertise and culture, which share a common vision to assist people in acquiring and developing basic skills and key attributes regarding their importance in the labor market and their contribution to a united society and promote the improvement of quality, the integration of innovation and internationalization in the field of agriculture.

Via Pontica Foundation is a Bulgarian non-governmental organization acting in the public interest, established to protect the Bulgarian nature – conservation of natural resources, changing the attitude towards the protected areas and awareness of the opportunities, benefits and responsibilities towards protection, conservation and restoration of Bulgarian biodiversity.

A management system is framework of policies, processes and procedures used by an organization to ensure that it can fulfil all the tasks required to achieve its objectives. Furthermore, professional training is offered to develop the human resources skills and competences.
Since 2014, DEKAPLUS has been operating the Innovative Hospitality Education (IHE), an adult vocational education centre specifically designed to provide the skills to young entrants to the hospitality industry or upgrade the career paths of professional already in the field. IHE uses innovative and tested training methods to make hospitality and tourism education more effective. It also introduces new approaches and practices in managing projects within the tourism industry.
DEKAPLUS has been participating in European projects for the past 6 years. The projects to take part in are chosen only if they add value to the existing offerings or create the potential of new, innovative practices.

The Chamber of Chalkidiki- https://epichal.gr was established in 1991 by a Presidential Decree (Gov. Journal 7/24-01-1991) and it is based in Polygyros. It is a Public Legal Entity and it is a consulting and advisory body of the State, aiming at the local economic development and more generally at the National Economic Growth.
Its purpose is to protect and develop trade, industry, handicraft and business within the framework of the national economic interests and especially to offer information, protection and development to its members. The Chamber of Chalkidiki operates effectively as a consulting and advisory body of the state in economic and development issues, with big or small actions and its primary purpose is to vitalize business activity in Chalkidiki and strengthen the local economy.
It participates in various bodies and many committees so as to follow the developments, the updating, the adjustment of actions into the new situations and the adequate organizational reformation of structures and services.
Braila Satean Foundation - http://satean.eu/ is a private legal non-promotional person, founded in 2007 by a group of 17 successful businesses in Italy, of Marche region, which operates legally in Romania. In addition to these founding members, the Foundation enjoys a large number in a growing supporters of members, businessmen from Italy and Romania.
The foundation was established to develop skills and functions of incubators and business innovation preparation of the "Business Innovation Center" type, providing support services in innovation, both in early stages and in the achievement of those entrepreneurial initiatives, organizing functional training that meet the requirements of firms, internationalization and promotion services for building networks for small and medium businesses, organization update courses, training, specialization and training for people with any level of training without a job, completed by introducing them to the field of work, writing projects financed from EU structural funds, support to beneficiaries in project implementation activities with European funding.
Satean Foundation also carries out marketing activities, feasibility studies and analysis performed both in Romania and abroad, development of data services and IT company, and any other related services for social purpose favorising through technical support tools management, strengthening and developing economic structures, mainly small and medium business and general secretarial services.
The foundation has implemented at this time, as beneficiary, funded two projects in the European Social Fund in the Operational Programme Human Resources Development and as a partner, two other projects with European financing from structural funds, totaling 2.5 million euros.
