About RTESD 2026
Faculty of Basic and Applied Sciences Vivekananda Global University (VGU), Jaipur is going to organize a three day International Conference on Recent Trends in Environment and Sustainable Development during 22-24 January 2026, at Vivekananda Sabhagar, VGU Campus, Jaipur, Rajasthan, INDIA. Our planet is plagued by environmental problems that deplete natural resources and strain livelihoods. The major problems are pollution, waste disposal, climate change, drought/ inadequate access to water. To combat with these issues, innovations and integrated approaches towards environmental sustainability is required. To accomplish this purpose VGU have organized many meetings in the past years, and four international events on similar theme in 2018 2019, 2023 and 2025. With the successful completion of last conferences, the 4th Edition of this International Conference on "Recent Trends in Environment Sustainable Development" (RTESD 2026) aims to bring together leading experts, researchers, and policymakers from around the world to address critical issues related to sustainable development in both the global and national contexts.
Global Significance & Environmental Challenges: RTESD 2026 recognizes the urgent need to address pressing global environmental challenges, including climate change, biodiversity loss, and resource depletion. It provides a platform to discuss innovative solutions and strategies to mitigate these issues. It provides a forum to discuss and develop context-specific strategies that take into account local environmental, social, and economic factors.
International Collaboration: The conference emphasizes the importance of international collaboration and knowledge exchange. It encourages global partnerships to find common ground and share successful approaches to sustainable development. Sustainable Goals: In line with international sustainable development goals, RTESD 2026 seeks to foster dialogue on implementing and measuring progress toward these goals. The accepted research contribution presented in RTESD 2026 will undergo a blind peer review process and subsequently, full length papers will be published in the special issues of following SCI/WOS/SCOPUS indexed journals and conference proceedings as per to Journal guidelines.
