The Veteran's Farmstead is located at the Patchwork Quilt farm.  In 2020 Navy Veteran and CIA Graducate 74' Salvatore Riccobono and his son, Army Veteran Justin Riccobono Started up POP-EEZ which is a Texas Italian BBQ catering and production Kitchen located out of thier farm Kitchen.  POP-EEZ sells farm grown vegetables, eggs, honey and our famous Sals hot sauce along with our smoked BBQ and Italian catering menus below.  Please contact us for any and all inquies.  We locally cater within 20 miles of the farm and host events on the Farm all to help raise money for our Veteran's Farmstead Initiative.
