These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Sapere: Learn in Minutes app ("Sapere", "the app"), developed by Víctor de Frutos de Frutos, based in Spain ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Sapere lets you learn about any topic through audio documentaries and lessons. Using artificial intelligence, the app generates personalized audio documentaries from the topics you choose, as well as new chapters and flashcards to review what you have learned. We may update, improve or modify features over time.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for the activity on your account. To use Sapere you must be at least 14 years old or have the authorization of your parent or legal guardian.
Sapere offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly and yearly) that unlock Premium features, such as unlimited creation of audio documentaries. Prices and features are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (or your Google Play account) when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (or in Google Play). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled according to their policies, without prejudice to your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Audio documentaries, chapters and flashcards are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. Although we work to make them accurate and useful, they may contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. They are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice (for example, medical, legal or financial advice). Check important information with reliable sources.
You agree not to use Sapere to request or generate illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit or defamatory content, or content that infringes the rights of others; to harm other people; to interfere with, reverse engineer or automatically extract content from the app; or to circumvent usage limits, security measures or payments. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
You keep the rights to the topics and texts you enter, and you authorize us to process them to provide the service. You may use the content generated for you for your personal, non-commercial use. The app, its design, brand, software and our own content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms.
We try to keep Sapere available, but we do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we stop offering the service; in that case, we will inform you when reasonably possible.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made on the basis of the generated content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
If you downloaded Sapere from the Apple App Store, the following terms also apply:
These Terms are concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content.
Your license is limited to using the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including Family Sharing where applicable.
Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the app.
If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the app (for example, your mobile data plan).
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the changes are significant, we will let you know in the app. If you continue to use Sapere after the changes, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile.

Estos Términos de uso («Términos») regulan el uso de la app Sapere: Learn in Minutes («Sapere», «la app»), desarrollada por Víctor de Frutos de Frutos, con domicilio en España («nosotros»). Al descargar o usar la app aceptas estos Términos y nuestra Política de privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, no utilices la app.
Sapere te permite aprender sobre cualquier tema mediante audiodocumentales y lecciones. Con inteligencia artificial, la app genera audiodocumentales personalizados a partir de los temas que eliges, así como nuevos capítulos y fichas recordatorio para repasar lo aprendido. Podemos actualizar, mejorar o modificar las funciones con el tiempo.
Debes facilitar información veraz y mantener seguras tus credenciales de acceso. Eres responsable de la actividad de tu cuenta. Para usar Sapere debes tener al menos 14 años o contar con la autorización de tu padre, madre o tutor legal.
Sapere ofrece suscripciones opcionales de renovación automática (semanal, mensual y anual) que desbloquean funciones Premium, como la creación ilimitada de audiodocumentales. Los precios y las funciones se muestran en la app antes de la compra y pueden variar según el país.
El pago se carga en tu cuenta de Apple ID (o en tu cuenta de Google Play) al confirmar la compra.
La suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo en curso. El cargo de la renovación se realiza en las 24 horas anteriores al final del periodo en curso.
Puedes gestionar o cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento desde los ajustes de tu cuenta del App Store (o desde Google Play). La cancelación se aplica al final del periodo en curso.
Si se ofrece una prueba gratuita, la parte no utilizada se pierde al comprar una suscripción.
Las compras las procesa Apple o Google, y los reembolsos se gestionan según sus políticas, sin perjuicio de tus derechos imperativos como consumidor.
Los audiodocumentales, capítulos y fichas recordatorio se generan automáticamente mediante inteligencia artificial. Aunque trabajamos para que sean precisos y útiles, pueden contener errores, imprecisiones u omisiones. Tienen fines exclusivamente informativos y educativos y no constituyen asesoramiento profesional (por ejemplo, médico, jurídico o financiero). Contrasta la información importante con fuentes fiables.
Te comprometes a no usar Sapere para solicitar o generar contenido ilegal, de odio, violento, sexualmente explícito o difamatorio, o que vulnere derechos de terceros; para causar daño a otras personas; para interferir en la app, aplicarle ingeniería inversa o extraer su contenido de forma automatizada; ni para eludir límites de uso, medidas de seguridad o pagos. Podemos suspender o cerrar las cuentas que incumplan estos Términos.
Conservas los derechos sobre los temas y textos que introduces y nos autorizas a tratarlos para prestar el servicio. Puedes usar el contenido generado para ti para tu uso personal y no comercial. La app, su diseño, su marca, su software y nuestro propio contenido nos pertenecen a nosotros o a nuestros licenciantes. Te concedemos una licencia limitada, personal, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar la app conforme a estos Términos.
Procuramos que Sapere esté disponible, pero no garantizamos que funcione sin interrupciones ni errores. Puedes dejar de usar la app y eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento. Podemos suspender o finalizar tu acceso si incumples estos Términos o si dejamos de ofrecer el servicio; en ese caso, te informaremos cuando sea razonablemente posible.
En la medida en que lo permita la ley, la app se ofrece «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad». No respondemos de daños indirectos ni de las decisiones tomadas a partir del contenido generado. Nada de lo dispuesto en estos Términos limita la responsabilidad que no pueda limitarse por ley ni tus derechos como consumidor.
Si descargaste Sapere desde el App Store de Apple, también se aplican estas condiciones:
Estos Términos se celebran únicamente entre tú y nosotros, y no con Apple Inc. («Apple»). Nosotros, y no Apple, somos los únicos responsables de la app y de su contenido.
Tu licencia se limita al uso de la app en productos de la marca Apple que poseas o controles, según lo permitido por las Normas de uso de los Términos y Condiciones de los Servicios Multimedia de Apple, incluida En Familia cuando corresponda.
Apple no tiene obligación alguna de prestar servicios de mantenimiento ni de soporte respecto de la app.
Si la app no cumple alguna garantía aplicable, puedes notificarlo a Apple, que te reembolsará el precio de compra de la app (si lo hubiera). En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Apple no tendrá ninguna otra obligación de garantía respecto de la app.
Nosotros, y no Apple, somos responsables de atender cualquier reclamación tuya o de terceros relacionada con la app o con su posesión y uso, incluidas las reclamaciones por responsabilidad de producto, por incumplimiento de requisitos legales o normativos y las derivadas de la normativa de protección de los consumidores, de privacidad o similar.
En caso de reclamación de un tercero por la que se alegue que la app o su posesión y uso infringen sus derechos de propiedad intelectual, nosotros, y no Apple, seremos los únicos responsables de su investigación, defensa, resolución y liquidación.
Declaras y garantizas que no te encuentras en un país sujeto a embargo por parte del Gobierno de EE. UU. o designado por dicho Gobierno como país que «apoya el terrorismo», y que no figuras en ninguna lista de partes prohibidas o restringidas del Gobierno de EE. UU.
Debes cumplir los términos de terceros aplicables al usar la app (por ejemplo, los de tu plan de datos móviles).
Apple y sus filiales son terceros beneficiarios de estos Términos y, una vez que los aceptes, Apple tendrá derecho (y se considerará que lo ha aceptado) a exigirte su cumplimiento como tercero beneficiario.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. Publicaremos la nueva versión en esta página con su fecha y, si los cambios son importantes, te avisaremos en la app. Si sigues usando Sapere después de los cambios, aceptas los Términos actualizados.
Estos Términos se rigen por la ley española. Si eres consumidor, también te benefician las disposiciones imperativas de la ley de tu país de residencia y puedes acudir a los tribunales de tu domicilio.
