Our partnership program focuses on developing debate, communication and leadership abilities, using Verbattle’s methodology, curriculum and coaching, in educators and students.
The initiative provides participating institutions best-in-class training and coaching in debates, communication and leadership, with programs created and executed using the technical expertise of Verbattle.
The program offers workshops for teachers, that are aimed at sensitizing them to employ debate as a tool for teaching; and workshops for students that aim at honing their debating skills. The sessions provide foundational to advanced speech and debate education and training.
With training conducted throughout the year, all students are monitored continuously by the mentor teacher trained by Verbattle; their performances evaluated and regular feedback made available to them.
Verbattle in Education is no longer considered an extra curricular activity by many institutions that have been associated with and subscribed to the initiatives over the years.
Verbattle programs are now designed to be part of the curricular activities or as co-curricular activities, or are customised to suit the needs of respective institutions.
As Verbattle programs augment the learning process, it is indeed beneficial when made a part of the institution/classroom activity.

The benefits of Verbattle Partnership Program are shared by the students, faculty and the leadership of partner institutions. Through Verbattle in Education, staff and students' overall development is fostered and enriched, and when the ideals and programs of Verbattle are fully integrated into the philosophy and programs of the school, the education of all students is transformed.
As a partner institution you will;
- gain access to expert debate, communication and leadership coaches & trainers;
- gain access to mock debate competitions held every two months for students to participate in and practice competitive debating;
- be able to participate in and host activities, in collaboration with Verbattle Foundation, including conferences, workshops etc on a local, regional, national and international level.
- have the opportunity for collaboration with other like-minded institutions, including in relation to: student and staff exchanges; curriculum; staff development; best practice sharing; alumni engagement; and social impact projects;
- gain entry for two teachers to the two introductory national workshops for teachers.
- gain entry for six students (three teams) to the two introductory national workshops for students.
- gain access for six students (Three teams) to enter the competition of the year at their respective zone, free of cost;
