All VISD staff must complete the 2025-2026 Mandatory Compliance Training by August 15, 2025.

Instructions for accessing required training and submitting course completion certificates can be found listed below. Please note: Courses will be available 2 hours after registration is completed.

Instructions for Accessing Training and course completion process:

1. Log in or create an account at https://registration.esc11.net/my/signin. 

·       If you do not have an account: https://registration.esc11.net/

·       Click the Red Create Account button in the upper left-hand corner

·       Fill out information

·       **BE SURE to pick Venus ISD as your district (or it will charge you)

2. TO REGISTER:

·       Sign in https://registration.esc11.net/

·       Make sure your District is Venus ISD before registering.

·       Click the compliance logo on the right-hand side of the page

·       Complete registration

·       Add to Cart

·       Click on Cart

   Checkout – If it is trying to charge you, please STOP and contact our helpdesk elearning.help@esc11.net

3. To access your courses, go to:

·       https://esc11.instructure.com

o   On average, each self-paced course should take approximately 30 minutes or less to complete.

o   Email and password are the same as registration

·       IF NOT, to reset your Canvas password, you will need to sign in https://registration.esc11.net

o   go to MY - Change Password

o   Change Password

o   Save

o   Refresh page

·       Once you change your password in our registration system, it will update your Canvas password to match.  It may take several minutes.

4. All of the compliance trainings will be on your dashboard. Complete one course at a time.

5. After you complete a course, go back to your ESC 11 account: https://registration.esc11.net/my/signin. Log in so you can view your transcripts.

6. Download the certificate for each compliance course.

7. Complete this Google form and attach the certificates you just downloaded.

All transcripts are uploaded weekly.  If you do not receive your transcript by the following Friday, please contact the helpdesk at elearning.help@esc11.net. To view your transcripts, go to https://registration.esc11.net under My Profile - My Transcripts.
