OPSmanager is a field operations and job management application designed for technicians and operations teams. It enables users to manage jobs, track work time, handle scheduling, submit timesheets, capture attachments, and coordinate field activities — all from a mobile device.
This Privacy Policy is provided by Veniteck and explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App. Please read this policy carefully.
Account credentials: Username and password used for login
Profile information: Employee name, job title, mobile number, and profile photo
Work records: Clock-in/out times, work descriptions, labour hours, meal time logs
Leave requests: Leave type, dates, duration, and reason
Timesheet data: Hours worked, allowances, and pay rate information
Quotation and service data: Client details, site addresses, equipment, parts, and costing information
Attachments: Photos, documents, drawings, and digital signatures you upload within the App
Device information: Device ID, device model, operating system version
Location data: GPS coordinates when using the Near Me or location-based job features
Usage data: App interactions and session activity
Crash and error reports: Diagnostic data collected via Firebase Crashlytics
Push notification tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token for delivering notifications
One-Time Passwords (OTP): Sent via email or SMS for two-factor authentication
Biometric data: Fingerprint or Face ID — processed entirely on your device; we do not store biometric data on our servers
We use the information we collect to:
Authenticate your identity and maintain your session securely
Assign, manage, and track field operations and job activities
Enable real-time clock-in/out and work-time logging
Show nearby jobs using your GPS location
Send push notifications for job assignments and updates
Generate and manage service quotations, agreements, and timesheets
Allow photo, document, and signature attachments for job records
Monitor and improve App performance and stability via crash reporting
Verify app version and deliver update notifications
Communicate OTP codes for secure login via email or SMS

All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
Encrypted local storage: Authentication tokens and preferences are stored using Android EncryptedSharedPreferences and iOS Secure Enclave-backed storage.
AES-256 encryption: Sensitive data such as OTP codes are encrypted using AES-CBC with password-based key derivation before transmission.
Bearer token authentication: All API communication uses HTTPS with Bearer token authorization.
Azure Blob Storage: Uploaded files and attachments are stored securely in Microsoft Azure.
Firebase: Crash data and notification services are handled by Google Firebase infrastructure.
Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App requests access to your device's location (GPS) to support features such as job discovery based on proximity ("Near Me"). Location is only accessed while the App is in use or in the background as required for operational purposes. You may disable location permissions via your device settings, but this will limit certain App features.
The App requests access to your camera, photo library, and file storage to allow you to:
Capture photos for job records and attachments
Upload documents and files related to jobs and quotations
Record digital signatures
These files are uploaded to Azure Blob Storage solely for job management purposes.
If you enable biometric login (fingerprint or Face ID), all biometric verification is performed locally on your device by the operating system. OPSmanager does not have access to, transmit, or store your biometric data.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications about job assignments, status updates, and other operational alerts. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings. Opting out will stop notifications but will not affect core app functionality.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide the service. Work records, timesheets, and job data are retained in accordance with your organization's data retention policies. You may contact us to request deletion of your personal data.
OPSmanager is intended for use by professional field technicians and operations teams. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
Request deletion of your personal data
Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
Lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
