New Emergency Request Alert:

Whenever a resident submits a work order, our system automatically reviews and classifies its urgency. If the work order is determined to be an emergency, you have the option to receive an email notification right away with a concise overview of the situation.

Go to your Vendoroo Settings page and follow the steps:

Daily Emergency Overview Email:

When enabled, you will receive a daily email at your selected time, providing a comprehensive update on all ongoing and recently resolved emergency work orders.
