Enrollment Forms

Instructions for Online Enrollment on WenGAGE :

1. Log in to Wengage using your guardian username and password.

2. Select “Student Records Portal.”

3. Complete Steps 1, 2, and 3.

4. Submit to site.

5. If you are enrolling another student then choose “back to students” to complete another enrollment.

NOTE : 

When adding/updating addresses and phone numbers, make sure to set a default one.
