Mission

We are a, "Coordinated School Care Team," that exists to help increase student academic achievement by linking educational interventions with needed support to help improve a student’s academic performance, attendance, behavior, and social-emotional well-being.

Vision

If you feel that your student is in need of a JBHS Care Team Referral, please feel free to reach out to your student's Teacher, School Counselor, Staff Member or an Administrator, and a Care Team Referral Form will be submitted on your behalf.

Educators

All Educators will be collaborating regularly with one another in order to help identify students in need of additional support, interventions and services.
