For this project , we were given different words that associates with a feeling such as warm, cold, deep, open etc. We had to design a space based on the word using design principles and elements. We were asked to make a 2D drawing and a 3D model for it.

The words puzzled, unexpected, and questionable were among the synonyms for "curious" that I found online.

As soon as I heard the term "curious," I knew I wanted to create a model that encourages people to be intrigued and to question things.

Attempt 1

I then began experimenting aimlessly and created a tunnel-like structure that anyone could pass through and question about throughout.

I genuinely thought that this concept would succeed, however it lacked any interesting elements and would have been extremely difficult to implement on a larger scale. So I made the decision to think of new ideas and experiment with building things out of paper.

Triangles were a better way to describe the word "curious," so I chose to continue with that.

My next idea included triangles. I chose to create triangles because I believed they were more sturdy, had more scale variety, and were rigid enough to use wooden sticks be supported.

Attempt 2- development

The only problem I had with the model was it was too revealing which means it was not association with the word "curious". Therefore I decided to cover up a few parts of the model in order for the users to engage and question its existence and to be curious to know what behind each wall|(covered area)
