PowerSchool Parent/Guardian Website

• Every part of the registration process will be completed inside the Parent/Guardian PowerSchool website or App.

• If you have issues logging into your account don't hesitate to get in touch with your school office. Those phone numbers are below.

• If you have not created your Parent/Guardian PowerSchool account yet we please ask that you go to your child's school or call to get that paperwork or help to do so. 

• To access the forms on the app from your phone directions are below. * If needed the VCSC school code is JXBT.*

  • If you have multiple children choose the one you want to do forms for in the top right. Click on the picture of your child to change if needed.

  • Bottom right click on "More" and choose "Forms" from the new window. 

  • Click on the "01. Enrollment Card" first and when you submit that form it will automatically take you to Form 2 and then from Form 2 to Form 3.

• To access the forms from the PowerSchool Student and Parent website directions are below.

  • If you have multiple children choose the one you want to do forms for in the top left. Click on the listed name to change children. 

  • Click on "Forms" from the left side of options.

  • Click on the "01. Enrollment Card" first and when you submit that form it will automatically take you to Form 2 and then from Form 2 to Form 3.

• 3 total registration forms must be completed for each child. Please make sure to complete all 3.
