Google Form to submit artwork

Artwork can be submitted in two ways - directly to your teacher if a class assignment or by using this form. Either method will get it to your teacher. Be sure that you take a high quality picture of your art and that your name is not on the artwork as we will have student's name, school, and grade indicated separately. Please answer everything on the form before hitting Submit.
