Hello Roadrunners! My name is Melissa Moorer and I am your school counselor. I have over ten years of experience as a school teacher and counselor. I am so excited to be a part of the Roadrunner family! As a VCPUSD School Counselor, I am committed to providing support services for all students to enhance their academic, social/emotional and college and career growth. The goal of my counseling program is to ensure all students develop the knowledge, attitudes, and skills that will lead to behaviors that support academic achievement and social-emotional well-being.
VCES's counseling program will provide a variety of services throughout the school year for students, parents, and families in order to support that growth. These services include:
