Dear families,
Welcome to our Kindergarten and 1st grade Dual-Language class, we will have so much fun this year! By blending traditional teaching practices with an infusion of technology and hands-on learning, students will become enthusiastic learners eager to learn and share their knowledge with others in two languages! Please let me know if you have any questions and I will be happy to help! I'm looking forward to a great school-year with your child!

¡Bienvenidos a nuestra clase de Kinder y Primero de lenguaje dual, nos vamos a divertir bien mucho este año! ¡Al combinar prácticas de enseñanza tradicionales con una infusión de tecnología y aprendizaje práctico, los estudiantes se convertirán en estudiantes entusiastas ansiosos por aprender y compartir sus conocimientos con otros en dos idiomas! Si tienen alguna pregunta favor de dejarme saber y estaré encantada de ayudar! ¡Espero tener un gran año escolar con su hijo/a!

About Me ・Sobre Mí
Hello, my name is Ms. Cervantes and I am excited to be your child's teacher this year! I graduated from CSUSM with a B.A. in Human Development and a minor in Spanish in December 2019 and obtained my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential in May 2022. I was born in Escondido, CA, and have lived in Valley Center all my life. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy watching Disney/Marvel movies, drinking coffee, playing video games like Animal Crossing, and spending time with family & friends.

¡Hola, mi nombre es Ms. Cervantes y estoy muy emocionada de ser la maestra de su hijo/a este año! Me gradué de la universidad estatal de San Marcos en Diciembre del 2019 con una licenciatura en desarollo humano y una especialidad en español. Recibí mi credencial de maestra en mayo de 2022. Nací en Escondido, CA y he vivido en Valley Center toda mi vida. Cuando no estoy en la escuela dando clases, disfruto pasar mi tiempo viendo películas de Disney/Marvel, tomando café , jugando video juegos como Animal Crossing, y pasando tiempo en familia.
