Welcome to 2nd grade!  

I am very excited to be your 2nd grade teacher this year.  I live in Valley Center with my husband Gary.  I have three sons who went to school in Valley Center. They all attended the Primary School! In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, gardening, and learning about technology. 

I love teaching 2nd grade! My goal is to inspire my students and instill a love of learning that will carry them forward in the years to come.  I blend traditional teaching practices with an infusion of technology and hands-on learning when appropriate.  My hope is that my enthusiasm for teaching and learning will create enthusiastic learners eager to learn and share their knowledge with others. 

I have a professional, clear teaching credential from Cal State San Marcos, and Master of Science degree in Educational Technology from Cal State Fullerton.  I look forward to working with you and your child this year!
