About Me

Hi, my name is Nathan Guesford and I am the VCMS 7th grade Physical Education Teacher and VC Elementary 3rd Grade Physical Education Teacher. I coach Basketball and Track & Field. I studied Sport Management for my Bachelors Degree at SUNY Cortland and Coaching & Exercise Science for my Master's Degree at Concordia University Irvine. I am now in my 4th year of teaching while previously I worked as a personal trainer for years and grew up playing basketball, football, and track. I hope to teach students how to find physical activities they enjoy and to take care of their overall health & wellness. I personally enjoy traveling, playing basketball, being outside, and being around friends/family. I also enjoy hanging out with my dog named Joey!
