Catholic Bonding Exchange: We’d love to see Vandebilt Catholic families take part in this special opportunity! Families can welcome a Catholic student from a Latin American country into their home for eight weeks, giving both students the chance to experience another culture and build meaningful connections.
Could your family be a host family? If you are interested in participating or would like to learn more, please contact Ms. Mariella directly at info@catholicbonding.org by September 15th. We hope to have Vandebilt Catholic represented in this wonderful exchange experience!"
[repeat] Freelance Photography at VCHS: Beginning with the 26-27 school year, VCHS is requesting a signed agreement with freelance photographers before any photos are taken on campus.
The freelance photographer must observe school hours and campus calendar (found on website) before scheduling any photography sessions with parents or students. Photos taken at the request of a Vandebilt Catholic parent/student must be taken after school hours. A day pass must be obtained from the athletic office secretary at least 72 hours (3 business days) in advance to ensure facility availability and accessibility. Once your photographer has been approved, please email Julie Fournier at least 3 business days before your scheduled session at jfournier@vchterriers.org with:
Student name/grade
Sport/team/club
Photographer's name
Date, time and location of photo shoot
Day passes should be picked up from the school front office during normal business hours (8a-3p).
Thank you for helping us keep the process organized and ensure campus facilities are properly secured and safe for our students.

Career Exploration Day
The Counseling Center is excited to host our second annual Career Exploration Day for juniors and seniors on September 21, 2026. All parents should have received an email with important information regarding this event.
Based on your student’s assignment, they may either ride a bus or other school vehicle to their host site or be responsible for their own transportation. Please review the Career Exploration Day Assignments to confirm your student’s host site location and transportation method.
On this date, students will report directly to their host site unless they are assigned to travel by bus or school vehicle. Those students (traveling by bus/school vehicle) should report to the back school to board the vehicle at the specified time. All students will be dismissed once they complete their assigned experience. Students do not need to report to school before or after their Career Exploration Day assignment. If a student fails to report to the assigned location they will receive an unexcused absence and will be ineligible to participate or attend after school activities.
Please complete the permission form available in the Parent PlusPortals account by September 16, 2026. Permission forms can be found in the Forms folder in the Parent PlusPortals account. Please access PlusPortals through a computer or a web browser on your phone to locate the Forms folder. Some host sites have not yet finalized the schedule due to events taking place that day. If the time is listed as TBD, specific timing information will be provided by email once it is confirmed. Additionally, some sites may require confidentiality agreements or other paperwork. Any required documents will be emailed to you and must be completed and must be completed and submitted to the Counseling Center by Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
