To provide value based education for the students as well as to make them industry ready and to bring the institution to be a globally recognized engineering institute

Teaching

I would like to encourage active learning in my classroom. My role as an instructor is to make the students to effectively create, obtain, and practice the knowledge obtained. I continuously upgrade my technical skills through various faculty development programmes and certification courses. I am very eager to develop new courses related to Wireless Networks and Internet of Things. Like to build across the institute a culture of excellence in teaching and learning with needed performance and accountability from all support activities.

Research & Industry Collaboration

To establish collaboration with industries to impart high-end technical skills for enhancing employability of the students and to motivate the students to be a part of industry- partnered incubation centers for encouraging entrepreneurship. To make my department to be a center of excellence in Internet of Things by accomplishing good growth in research outcomes in terms of Quality Publications in Tier-I journals & conferences, Sponsored R&D Projects, Patents, Technology Products, Books & Monograms etc.

Service

Teaching and research will be my primary focus, but I also expect to contribute to the academic community at my institution by proper counseling to the students and to collaborate with other colleagues for better teamwork to achieve the vision of the institute.
