How to Apply for a VBSchools Academy?
The Governor’s STEM Academy reviews applications for rising 9th grade and rising 10th grade students. Students should access the application via https://academyapplication.vbcps.com/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2F
Current Virginia Beach students will complete the online application using their VBSchools Student ID # and password. Non-VBCPS Students please email Brittany Bowman (Brittany.Bowman2@vbschools.com) to request the application.
All applications must be fully completed and submitted on or before January 10, 2021.
The following criteria will be considered for acceptance:
Interest in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and/or Mathematics (STEM)
Student Voice
Teacher and/or coach recommendations
