First Colonial PTSA Scholarships are awarded each year to graduating seniors who are active in school and community life and demonstrate strong character, leadership, and service. Supported by PTSA membership and fundraising, the scholarship recognizes students who reflect the mission of the PTSA—encouraging parent, teacher, and student collaboration to strengthen our school community. 

Requirements to apply

PTSA Student members who meet the below criteria are eligible to apply for a PTSA Scholarship:

• Be a 2025-2026 member of the First Colonial High School PTSA

• Attended FCHS for a least 3 academic school years

• Show success in academics, activities/athletics, service and/or character

• Earned a cumulative GPA of 3.0

• Submit two letters of recommendation (at least one from a Frist Colonial teacher or administrator)

Deadline for application submission is:  April 1, 2026
Letters of Recommendation submission deadline is:  April 15, 2026
