Email a Teacher, Counselor, or Administrator
First, visit https://mail.google.com. (If going from another computer, make sure to log in with your VB students account (studentnumber@vbstudents.com). If using your Chromebook, you should already be logged in to the correct account.
Click the "Compose" button in the top left corner.
In the "To" box, begin typing the staff member's name. (Make sure to double-check spelling with StudentVUE or the website or somewhere else; otherwise it won't pop up in search results.)
Remember to include a subject! (Some teachers have a system set up that forwards messages to another inbox, and they won't go through if the message doesn't have a subject.)
Type your message, remembering to follow capitalization, spelling, and grammar rules. You always want to make a good impression!
Once your message is complete and you have read over it to check for any typos and make sure that it conveys your message well, click "Send"!
