The Culturally Responsive Practices Stockpile provides staff with resources designed to deepen understanding of culturally responsive practices and the research which supports them. The stock-pile introduces practices, policies, protocols, and resources that, when used authentically and intentionally, can help educators create asset-based, equity-centered, productive learning experiences.

The CRP Stockpile aims to:
Define culturally responsive teaching and practices by providing frameworks, policy, and the research base upon which Culturally Responsive Practices are built.
Provide strategies for integrating CRP throughout the school day and all learning settings.
Share professional learning opportunities to deepen knowledge and support educators in developing cultural competence.

Culturally responsive practices bridge the gap between learning and lived culture by focusing on authentic relationships, student experiences, and pedagogy as a way to strengthen student engagement and build a culture that values both individuality and inclusivity.
