Senior College Info/ACCESS Night
Wednesday, September 17th
Attention Seniors and Senior Parents! Cox HS and ACCESS College Foundation will be hosting a Senior Information Night on Wednesday, September 17th at 6:00pm in the Cox HS Auditorium. We will cover college application information, ACCESS will present info on the FAFSA and Financial Aid information, and answer questions regarding post-secondary options for seniors. Tidewater Community College will also be in attendance to offer information about their programs. We look forward to seeing you there!
COLLEGE REPRESENTATIVE VISITS
Come visit with college representatives! Scan the QR code below and sign up for the colleges you would like to visit. These visits are open to current Seniors and Juniors only. See Mrs. Wampler in the counseling office for questions!
Transcripts
Parchment is the method we use to allow you to view transcripts and request they be delivered to colleges and universities during application time. All students will need a final transcript to verify completion of high school for future employees or colleges. Transcripts are free until after you graduate! Please contact your school counselor if you have any questions.
Please visit www.parchment.com to request a copy of your transcript. The transcript can be sent directly to your email or an official copy can be sent directly to your college, university, or Common Application. Please use your personal email, not school email, to set up your account. See the below video for step-by-step instructions on setting up your account:

*Please note the above video was made by another high school, but the information will still be the same. When creating your account, please use Frank W. Cox High School as your institution.*
The counseling department will use this Remind to send reminders regarding college rep visits, scholarships, and other important senior information.
