2. President of the Educational Development Society, Raise to Rise (RtR) at Vidathal Thivu, Mannar for five years. It was started in 2010. It is a syndicate for sustaining Development Synergy at the local and rural level in Mannar. You have been serving as a Board Member of the Society from 2016 onwards. You initiated the society and launched its first newsletter.

Guest Speaker on ‘Social Justice and the Sri Lankan Context’ a Guest Talk at the event observing he International Day of Social Justice to the Public Servants of Vavuniya District and four Divisional Secretariats, at Vavuniya Cultural Hall, Vavuniya. The Election Commission, Sri Lanka and the District Secretariat, Vavuniya, was jointly organised on February 20, 2020.
11. Guest Speaker on University Education and Life and Prevention on Using Alcohol and Drugs, and Awareness Program to the University Entrants, of Vavuniya, Mannar, and Mullaitivu of the Vanni Region. It was organized under the direction of His Excellency the President of Sri Lanka in the President’s secretary’s letter ref. PS/DP/01/04/UGC dated 11th November 2016. Prof. S. Srisena was the coordinator at the national level program.

Resource Person for the English as a Life Skill program organized by the Presidential Task Forces in collaboration with the Ministry of Education for the School principals in Vavuniya District from October to December 2011.It was held at the Computer Center of the Vavuniya Zonal Education Office.
