All participants for the science exhibition need to send a small video ( Max. 1 min length), sharing their name, class, school and a small demo of their experiment/demonstration to shivangi@vatsalya.org. If multiple children are presenting a demo; both their details are needed.
The last day for this submission is 26th February 2023 (Sunday).
The confirmed participants will be informed on 27th February 2023.
All participants will need to bring their own material. A table can be provided if intimated in advance.

Important Information:
We will have drinking water facilities at various parts of the campus, but you are encouraged to bring your own bottle.
Please plan to arrive by 10 a.m. if you wish to enjoy the full extent of the fair, as some special features (Weather Station/Off Grid Solar Tour/Rainwater Harvesting Tour/Biogas/Solar cooking system/ Infinite Energy Bike) may not be available later.
We understand that a large, open campus can get a little warm during the day; thus many classrooms will be converted into 'rest areas' so you do not need to worry about the provision of rest. It is recommended that you bring a light umbrella if you have problems with average sunlight. Clean restroom facilities are available.
You may bring your own packed lunch, or delicious fresh lunch will be available at a nominal cost cover via coupons.
Wheelchair access is limited. Sports shoes are preferable.
The Contribution may be made on the day of arrival with no issues; We prefer QR code method of payment through UPI. If you do not get a receipt within 7 working days, your entry will be free and the money will be refunded to you.
Rules of the campus (no littering, no smoking, no touching any equipment without permission, and no compromise with safety and dignity of children and staff) must be followed at all times.
