The first all-campus pre-registration with Course Match was completed in Fall 2025 and was followed by a comprehensive review of user feedback that will guide us through enhancements for future pre-registrations
We are implementing a background refresh so updates appear with a refresh instead of logging out.
Ineligible courses will appear grayed out. We are updating training materials and exploring hover-over explanations. We will also supply additional explanations on the course tags (e.g. Special Permission, Prerequisite, Class Year Limits).
We are retesting drag and drop keyboard functionality and updating documentation to ensure smooth accessibility.
Both cross-listed versions will receive the same major preference. We are reviewing ranking and cost impacts.
We are retiring unclear language and updating forms, templates, training materials, and communications.
Second half of all year-long courses will require Special Permission to ensure proper registration.
Future communications will include rationale for deadlines to improve transparency.
The project team is working to publish an explanation for student-facing materials. These same materials will also be shared with faculty and advisors.
We’re improving communications/documentation and evaluating budget simulations for seniors.
Adding note in all student-facing communication that mobile platforms are not ideal.
