About a month into school, Mrs. Wales asks the students what groups they would like to be in (multimedia, promotions, or recruitment). She then puts leadership students in their groups.
The teams get together to get to know each other and see what all they are going to do to make BOLT happen.
Each team was given a set objective to complete by the end of November. Those objectives consisted of setting up an audition sign up and getting the word out that auditions are happening soon.
Auditions are usually held by recruitment team, who set up a couple days and set times for people to go to for auditions. Auditions usually consist of you showing up to the time you picked and the recruitment team welcomes you and asks you some questions, then you do your audition. It then takes a couple of weeks to get everything together and figure out who all is going to be in BOLT.
One of the final things we need to do is to get the word out that BOLT is a go, and announce all of the participants. As well as finishing up any leftover things we need to publish or even market, like shirts.
The big day has come! After several months the leadership class has come together to create a masterpiece of students and staff taking/doing a talent that resembles them. These presentations are usually 30-40 mins during school and 70-80 mins after school; there is usually 2 or 3 during school and 1 in the afternoon.
