For all students new or returning to Vancouver Public Schools who need assistance with enrollment

Location: Bates Center for Educational Leadership- 2921 Falk Rd, Vancouver, WA 98661

Hours: Monday & Wednesday   9 am-4 pm

Tuesday & Thursday 11 am-6 pm

Friday 9 am- 2 pm

Please bring: proof of immunization, proof of birthdate for each child, public assistance case number (if applicable), proof of current address*, emergency contact numbers

*If you are experiencing homelessness, you have the right to register your child for school even if you do not have your full documentation.

Parent Square

ParentSquare is the platform that Vancouver Public Schools uses for school communication.  This communication is through email, text, and app notifications.  All parents/guardians of registered students are able to get an account to ParentSquare using the email and phone number that is on file with the school.  You can click HERE for more information and to sign up for your account.
