Create a comic to reflect a scene that represents one of your favorite parts of this school year.
Click on the template on the left, or search the Canva Template library for a comic strip template you want to use.

Students will create a comic strip to share a favorite school memory or lesson.
Time Needed: 30-60 min Skill Level: Intermediate

Lesson Plan:
Show the How to Create Comic Strips Video to introduce students to the basic tools within Canva.
Give directions for the type of Comic Strip students will be creating. It can be a personal reflection on a lesson from the year, or a favorite memory from the school year.
Students open the template and login to Canva. If necessary, review the login instructions on the student instructions slides.
Students follow the instructions on the Student Activity Slides (Spanish version).
Extensions:
Students form groups and share their designs.
Students share their designs using links or files to Canvas, Padlet, etc. Use the Share Designs Video (0:43) to show students (EdPuzzle Link) how to share their designs.
