Amphitheater for Concerts

Hello Everyone,

We have concerts that are still available for volunteers. The available concerts are 8/16, 8/22, and 8/23. The amphitheater is working on the concerts for August 26 to October 1. They will email me when those concerts are available for us to volunteer.

Please sign up as soon as possible on the Google Docs spreadsheet.

This is a great way to raise funds for the clubs, sports, and/or classrooms.

Here is the information:

·       Volunteers must be 21 or older to work in all the concession stands.

·       Volunteers aged 18 – 20 years can work in the Snack-Pretzel Bar or Slushy Non-Alcohol Bar (NEW)

 An ID is required at check-in for age verification according to company policy.

Strict uniform policy – Everyone needs to wear black pants, shorts, or capris. You must wear closed-toed non-slip shoes.  You will be turned away at the gate if you are not dressed accordingly.

When you have all your certifications, email kathryn.evans@vansd.org; the Amphitheater requires this.
