Kristi has worked on both client and agency side, most recently as Revlon's SVP, Global Head of the Digital Center of Excellence, charged with accelerating Revlon's growth through the creation of an internal agency, RedHouse. She joined Revlon from content-led digital agency MXM, where she was Chief Digital Officer and SVP/General Manager of its Los Angeles office. MXM was acquired by Accenture Interactive in early 2018.
Formerly CEO of Publicis & Hal Riney and Publicis Modem in San Francisco, her background includes leading a regional network for TBWA Worldwide, as North American President of digital agency TEQUILA\, as well as Managing Director tenures at Omnicom's Direct Partners, and Draft Worldwide, now FCB.
Kristi's multi-faceted background led to roles on global agency teams for Nissan, Infiniti, Sony and Pioneer, with category expertise spanning automotive, CPG, beauty, consumer electronics, financial services, entertainment, pharma, health and wellness, and retail. She is a frequent speaker on the influence of technology on culture, media and consumer behavior, as well as the impact of leadership styles on organizational success.
Kristi earned her M.B.A. from DePaul University’s Kellstadt School of Business in Chicago, and undergraduate degrees in Advertising Management from DePaul University, and Technical Illustration/ Commercial Art from Ferris State University.
She served on the Board of Directors of NeoEdge, a technology company specializing in ad-enabled casual gaming, and on the advisory board for Involver (acquired by Oracle), which develops applications for marketers across the major social platforms. She also acts as a mentor for Silicon Beach start-up accelerator StartEngine, providing strategic consulting to Los Angeles-based technology entrepreneurs.
Kristi is an advisor and contributor to digital publisher DAME Media, and currently serves as advisor to the Boards of Directors of ThinkLA (where she was co-President before relocating to NYC), and environmental not-for-profit The Stewardship Network.
She is obsessed with the tile work in the New York subway system.
