online sports registration 2022-2023

To participate in sports in the 2022-2023 school year, all athletes must register online at the link below to be cleared and approved before the first tryout or practice. The Rancho Verde Athletic Department is now using a secure registration platform that provides our families with a safe, easy, and user-friendly way to register for Rancho Verde High School athletics.

Information needed to register:

1. Upload your doctor-signed physical form with exam date after May 5, 2022

2. Fill-in your Medical Insurance provider and policy information and Upload a photo of your health insurance card to your account

3. Complete Medical History by Clicking on corresponding answers

4. Read & Accept policy agreements with electronic signatures by parent/guardian and student-athlete.
