To be eligible for athletic clearance, the following requirements must be met:
2.0 or better GPA, or meet the requirements for the academic probation criteria
Pass a doctor's physical with doctor's signature and date. Athletic Clearance Physical Form (pdf).
Medical Insurance documentation. If you do not have insurance, visit the K and K website.
Emergency contacts form submitted.
District and CIF Code of Conduct acceptance.
Residential eligibility or Transfer eligibility. If you are not a resident of the Citrus Hill attendance area, visit the Athletic Director's office.
Registered for 20 or more credits at Citrus Hill High School, and no more than 8 semesters of academic work in high school.
Under the age of 19 by June 15th.
