Free people from operational chaos so they can focus on what matters.
For most of my career I have built and led cross-functional teams that turn complex problems into clear products and operations with measurable results. Early in my career, I was part of the founding leadership team that grew a startup into a multi-million-dollar enterprise, led post-company acquisition integration, and was accountable for creating resilient systems for operations, sales, finance, and talent that remain foundational to this day. As a senior product and operations professional at MISO, I deliver data and real time situational awareness capabilities operators rely on to support grid reliability for over 45 million people.
With a focus on operational excellence, I drive initiatives that deliver measurable efficiency improvements while cultivating high-performing teams. I am known to have a founder’s mindset which I believe gives me an edge at building turnkey operating models that simplify decision-making, align stakeholders around shared priorities, and accelerate execution. My superpower is my ability to create relationships and immediately show value by partnering with customers, investors, owners, and operators to align corporate strategy with people, process, technology, and data.
I am a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, and hold an MBA with a Graduate Certification in Renewable Energy. I also maintain active professional credentials, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner (CSP-PO), and ITIL Foundations.
I am a problem solver at heart. I’m driven by creating solutions that deliver real value and relieve real pain for customers. There’s nothing more motivating than solving a problem that’s been holding someone back for months or years and seeing the immediate clarity and relief that follows. That moment is what fuels my work.
Beyond business, I’m deeply committed to the energy transition. I believe we have a moral and economic responsibility to protect our planet by thinking holistically about sustainability, energy systems, and social capital. Energy moves the world, and I want to help move it in a smarter, more sustainable way.
This isn’t a side interest. My MBA focused on renewable energy, and that foundation directly informs my work today building real‑time situational awareness systems that enable more efficient, reliable, and transparent energy market operations.
I help small and medium-sized businesses escape system complexity so that they can focus on strategic growth. Every company has their unique operational challenges, but through my proven process I am able to uncover opportunities to support organizational growth by simplifying operations technology, integrations, and sustainable independence.
I also specialize in organizational transformation - the challenging work of aligning leadership teams and building the operational infrastructure that lets companies scale sustainably. Whether your organization is in the middle of a product transformation or requires a leader to work with teams to implement new a technology, I deliver disciplined, transparent execution and measurable results.
My approach combines:
Data-driven decision-making using KPIs, OKRs, and product analytics
Cross-functional leadership that breaks down silos and builds high-performing teams
Systems and product thinking to address root causes rather than symptoms
Strategic facilitation that translates vision into executable quarterly priorities
Travel & Cultural Discovery
I'm passionate about exploring new places and immersing myself in different cultures. Travel isn't just a hobby, it's how I grow both personally and professionally. Every new culture teaches me different ways of thinking, problem-solving, and collaborating.
Family Time
My wife, our dogs, and yes, our cat (who insists I mention her) are my core crew. But family extends beyond that - I cherish time with my parents, siblings, nieces, and nephews.
The Outdoors
There's something clarifying about being outside - whether it's exploring new trails or just disconnecting from screens. Some of my best strategic thinking happens in nature with my dog leading the way and my mind free to wander.
