Attendees will have the option to select from various local hotels, all located a very short distance  to the Harre Union. 

• Country Inn and Suites

  • 15 Rooms have been blocked at this location for a nightly rate of $137.00 USD

• Fairfield Inn and Suites

• Hampton Inn and Suites 

Meals

• Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided on Day 1 at Founder's Dining Table, located in the Harre Union.

• Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Day 2 at Founder's Dining Table, located in the Harre Union.

• Per Harre Union policy, no outside food is permitted in the facility. 

Travel

• Travel stipends will be included in the Sponsorship package

• Major commuter airport- Midway International Airport

• Small commuter airport- South Bend Internationals Airport

• Those traveling must let the conference representative know of arrival and departure times to that transportation can be arranged. 

COVID Policy

• Vaccination status is not required

• Presenters and attendees will need to follow local guidelines established by Valparaiso University Administration
