Make Up Work - downloadable/printable version

Every day in class is an assignment therefore, every day out of class must be made up.

1. Obtain a make up sheet (either from the basket outside the locker room doors or online--Instructions below).
2. Do a physical activity (outside of school time) for at least 50 minutes and write about it. Follow the format on the make up form.
3. Have your parent(s) sign the paper and hand it into the instructor. All make up forms must be turned in within 10 days of returning from absence(s) to receive credit.

Printed forms are available for pick up in the gymnasium or download and print this copy, then turn in to your teacher.

2. Have your parent(s) sign the paper and hand it in to the instructor. All make-ups must be done within 1 week of returning from the absence in order to receive credit.

ALTERNATIVE MAKEUP:

Students that are out of class for injury, extended illness or extenuating circumstances, with permission of the instructor, may use alternative assignments to make up work that is missed. Be sure to obtain the alternative make up work from your teacher.
