Logging Into Your Google Account
Every students and staff member has a Google Suite for Education Account. Students will need to sign into their google account every day to access their work. They should use the Google Chrome Extension when using the Internet. By using Chrome the student's browsing data, bookmarks, passwords, and other settings are saved and synced to their Google account. This is helpful because they can log into any device and be able to access their data since it is automatically synced in Chrome. If you are using your own device you may not have Chrome downloaded yet. You can find the directions here:
Usernames/Emails
The username for students is their first name.last name, then the valley view extension you see below. It is usually the name that is used in Progress Book. So if your student goes by the name Tommy, but is listed as Thomas in Progress Book, the email would use the name Thomas. There may be exceptions to this rule, but this is the case for the majority of students. A common mistake is forgetting to put periods in all of the right spaces.

Passwords
The student's password is their student ID/Lunch code with enough zeros on the end to make it an 8 digit number.
For example, if your student's ID is 12345, they would add 3 zeros to the end so that it was 8 digits long. The password would then be 12345000. If your student's ID is 654321, then they would add 2 zeros to make 8 digits and the password would be 65432100.

School schedules are different this year to accommodate our hybrid schedule.
Pre-School day: 8:15-12:45 2 days a week
Primary/Intermediate – 10am – 3:45pm
Junior High Bell Schedule
7:28-8:13am Remote Teach Time
8:16-9:03 am Period 1 (47 minutes)
9:06-9:51am Period 2 (45 minutes)
9:54-10:39am Period 3 (45 minutes)
10:42-12:00pm Period 4 as follows:
Lunch A: 10:42-11:12 then Class: 11:14-11:59 (45 min)
Lunch B: Class: 10:42-11:27 (45 min) then lunch 11:29-11:59
12:02-12:47pm Period 5 (45minutes)
12:50-1:35pm Period 6 (45 minutes)
1:38-2:25pm Period 7 (47 minutes)
