Meet the Teacher

Hello! My name is Mrs. Rene. I am so excited to serve as your 3rd grade teacher at Willow Road Elementary School this year. Teaching is a true passion of mine! I love what I do and I am dedicated to the art of education. As an educator, I set my expectations high for myself and for my students. I will stop at nothing to learn new techniques and strategies to help me grow as a teacher and facilitate opportunities for learners that will result in you reaching your highest potential. My goal is that every student will learn and grow while they are under my instruction and that you will leave my class with the tools and confidence you need to make a positive contribution to our world. There is no doubt in my mind that this can be achieved!

Grades Taught: K, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & Middle School

Best thing about teaching: THE STUDENTS! They teach me something new daily. I have never had a student that didn't leave an impression on my heart.

Family: I have a husband, 2 children (a son and daughter), and 4 pets (2 dogs and 2 cats).
