Homework

Homework is assigned on a daily basis. Please check your child's folder each afternoon to see the assignments and notices. Empty the folder each night. Your child will have word work and math homework each night, Monday-Thursday. They must also read 15-20 minutes each night (Yes, even on the weekends). There may be a project or assignment on the weekends.

Math homework is assigned Monday-Thursday. You will find the pages assigned in their homework folder.

Reading

Your child should be reading 15-20 minutes each night. They can read a book from our classroom library, a magazine, an online story, a newspaper article or anything you feel is appropriate. Please log your reading each night in your folder.
