Valley Fort U4's

Valley Fort RFC is excited to launch our new Under 4s programme this season, bringing our youngest players into the Valley Fort family on Sunday mornings at Happy Valley Pitch 6 (HV6).

Coached by experienced Rugbytots coaches, Valley Fort U4s will offer fun, play‑based sessions as an introduction to mini rugby in Hong Kong. Each class is designed to help children develop fundamental movement skills, coordination, confidence and a love of being active, all in a safe, family‑friendly environment.

We will run three sessions on Sunday mornings:

8:00am – 8:45am

9:00am – 9:45am

9:45am – 10:30am

Each class is capped at 15 players, giving a total of 45 places.

The season starts on Sunday 30 August. All players who register will also receive two free introductory sessions on 16 August and 23 August, so they can try it out and settle in before the season begins.
