Welcome to a new school year here at Valley Academy. I am excited to have the opportunity to teach your child and support them through their fourth grade year. Thank you for trusting me with them. It is a privilege to play a role in their education and growth. My goal is to provide a positive, engaging, and warm learning environment where your child will feel encouraged and will strive to do their best.
I bring many years of educational experience to the classroom. I taught in Michigan for nine years before moving to Arizona in 2009. I have had the privilege of subbing for many years before taking the position here at Valley. I loved subbing because it gave me the privilege of working with various ages and learning styles. I began teaching at Valley in 2016. This year marks my seventh year teaching 4th grade at Valley Academy, and I am excited to see what it has in store for each of my students. I will continue to help each of them learn, grow, and gain confidence in their abilities.
I will be here to support your child in any way possible. I believe that strong communication between home and school is extremely important for your child’s success. Please know that I am always available to answer questions, address concerns, and celebrate your child’s achievements.
