Applied Career and Technical Education is an adaptive course designed to support students requiring a modified pace and alternative curricular emphasis within career and technical education. The course addresses the needs of students for whom life skills, financial literacy, and career preparation take precedence over college readiness pathways. Instruction follows units aligned with the general education CTE curriculum while integrating supplemental projects that build essential competencies in personal finance, workplace readiness, and career development.
