My name is

Rose Mary Reyes-Spurling.

I am honored to be the Spanish Teacher at Vale High School.

We will have Spanish levels 1, 2 & 3

Also I will have two classes of Edgenuity

Father from Puerto Rico ~

Mother from Cuba.

Makes me one of the few Cuba-Rican New Yorkers.

As first generation from both of my parents:

Spanish is my 1st language.

I have a BA in Christian Education and Spanish

with a minor in

Bible and Secondary Education

from Lee University in Cleveland, TN.

I am married to Tom Spurling a native of New Plymouth, Idaho. We enjoy spending time together and sharing our lives with my students. May it be attending school events, classroom activities or just meeting them at Walmart...LOL.
