My commercial architecture career has been primarily focused on tall buildings of concrete and glass, precast and stick built projects. Through these projects I am practiced in all aspects of the design and construction process and have been the primary point of contact for the ownership teams throughout many of these works. I am capable of transforming your idea into a profitable development.
Under Construction
The Strand, designed for Kane Realty, occupies the last remaining parcel at Kane's renowned North Hills development.
The project includes a 21 level vertically stacked mixed use tower that has retail on the ground level with parking above and 13 levels of premium apartments. This project uses a combination of EIFS, window wall, curtain wall and signature cross bracing to bring this project to market.
My role on this project was team leader, project architect and project manager.
On Hold - DD Complete
Midtown Exchange, designed for Selig Enterprises, occupies and entire city block and is adjacent to it's sister project to 1105 West Peachtree.
The project includes a 26 level office building with 11 elevators and 7 levels of boutique office and a ground floor hospitality lobby, lounge and restaurant. The residental tower is 32 levels with premium top floor penthouse units, a sky lounge and private fitness center. The towers share a 1 acre amenity terrace over the 8 level, 1400 car parking garage. The estimated project cost is about $560 million. The office tower utilizes curtain wall with aluminum fins and inset geometry in the base with is internally lit. The residential tower utilizes window wall, EIFS and curtain wall.
My role on this project was project architect and project manager.
Under Construction
The Columbus mixed use project, designed for W.C. Bradley, sprawls over 2.5 acres in downtown Columbus and is a legacy project for the city. The office tower houses Synovus' Financial Corp Headquarters.
The project includes a 14 level office and a 4 level stick built multi-family residential project over a 1500 car parking deck and retail parcels including a grocery store and a bank with a budget of over $140 million dollars. This project utilizes traditional brick, window wall, curtain wall, EIFS and cast stone.
My role on this project was project architect and project manager.
Completed Early 2021
FNB Tower is prominently situated in downtown Charlotte adjacent to Romare Bearden Park, Truist Park(Knights Stadium) and Bank of America Stadium(Panther's Stadium. FNB Tower hosts many tenants but First National Bank is the signage tenant.
FNB Tower is a 30 level vertically stacked mixed use project including 12 levels of residential over an interstitial level, over 7 levels of office, over an 8 level parking deck with a residential lobby, an office lobby and FNB branch bank with a project budget of $145 million. This project uses a combination of curtain wall, window wall, aluminum panels, stone panels and a perforated metal parking deck skin to achieve its expression.
My role on this project was project architect, I also supervised, facilitated and was the main point of contact for the owner and contracting teams.
Completed Early 2022
1105 West Peachtree, designed for Selig Enterprises, is part of a full city block development in midtown Atlanta, Georgia. 1105 West Peachtree hosts many tenants but the primary tenant is Google.
This project includes this thirty story office building, a 18 story premium condo building, a 16 level Epicurian hotel, 9 level double helix parking deck and more than 1 acre amenity terrace over the parking deck with a project budget of over $460 million dollars. This project utilizes an aluminum panel exo-structure with signature steel cross bracing, curtain wall and stone.
My role on this project was project architect and assistant project designer.
Completed Early 2018
One Ballpark Center, designed with Pope and Land for the Braves Development group, is located in Atlanta, Georgia at the Atlanta Braves' mixed use sports complex. The flagship office project can be seen, while sitting at home plate, beyond the right outfield. One Ballpark Center is home to the Georgia headquarters for Comcast.
This project was 12 levels of office with two levels of sub-plaza parking that integrated with 3 other buildings and an approximate construction cost of $54 million. This project utilizes curtain wall, aluminum panel and concrete cantilevers to achieve it's expression.
My role on this project was project architect.
